For many of our events and functions, we will need your student to submit a signed permission form. Other activities, and functions will at time require that you submit a specific form as well. All of our forms are available below, and they will always be kept current.
College Expense Reimbursement Form
Parents can submit this form to use points toward reimbursement for fees related to your student(s) educational expenses. Reimbursement can be requested for dual enrollment expenses incurred during your students' time at NHS, as well as for expenses after graduating and enrolling at a college, or in a technical training program.
